At Beau Soleil, a shared, environmentally conscious vacation house, our family’s cottage, all guests are responsible for following our policies and guidelines. A detailed list of current policies and helpful tips and guidelines are available to guests.
- GENERAL GUEST POLICIES and GUIDELINES
Check-in and Key. Arrival: 3:00 pm.
Check-out and Key. Departure: 11:00 am. All keys should be left on the kitchen table at departure. Guests leaving after 11:00 am are subject to extra charges of $25 an hour or an additional night’s lodging.
Children. Infants and children of 12 or older are welcome to stay with their parents at Beau Soleil.
Pets. Pets are NOT allowed at Beau Soleil. Treatment of local deer and raccoons: these are wild animals and are great for photos but should not be fed or approached.
Smoking. Smoking, chewing, and/or vaping is not allowed inside Beau Soleil Vacation House under any circumstances and should not be used within 10 feet of any door or window.
Guest collaboration. Guests’ collaboration in the care and upkeep of the cottage is essential and affects our basic fee structure. Rates at Beau Soleil are kept as low as possible to reflect the all-important cooperation of our guests in the preservation of the high quality of the safety, beauty, and amenities offered our guests at the cottage and on the cottage grounds.
Cleaning and Maintenance, Garbage and Recycling. We offer no regular maid service at Beau Soleil. Housekeeping services can be arranged if requested prior to occupancy. Guests are asked to leave the cottage as tidy and clean as it was found at arrival and to contribute to the reasonable and appropriate use, daily upkeep, and cleanliness of the cottage, its equipment and services, including the check-out removal of all garbage and recycling to designated areas nearby. Special attention should be paid to the fair use of carpeted areas: please remove street shoes in the cottage and also avoid walking on the carpet with bare feet or socks worn without shoes outside the cottage.
We reserve the right to collect after guests’ departure a cleaning or repair fee from occupants who do not leave the cottage in the clean, safe conditions requested.
All payments are made by check. Emails from the owner are your invoices and receipts. Beau Soleil Cottage, a vacation house (BL 002935), provides transient-occupancy lodging as a licensed business in the city of Ashland and in the state of Oregon.
The owners reserve the right to change all rates and policies of Beau Soleil Cottage, a vacation house, without prior notice or posting.
